Booking & Deposit Policy:

At GAO-MI, we cherish each appointment as a dedicated moment crafted just for you. To ensure you don't miss the chance to indulge in our services, we kindly request a deposit of 50% of the total service amount prior to your scheduled visit. This deposit secures your booking and will be deducted from the final service fee.

Shortly after you booked the appointment,  you'll receive a deposit payment link. Please process the payment promptly to confirm your reservation. Bookings without a deposit will be held for 24 hours only. If you encounter issues with the payment link or prefer to pay the deposit by direct bank transfer please kindly contact us for assistance.

Cancellation Policy:

When you book an appointment with us, we allocate space and assign a dedicated therapist/stylist just for you. A confirmation message will be sent 48 hours before your appointment, and we kindly ask for your confirmation within 24 hours of receiving the message. Failure to confirm may result in your appointment time being offered to another client.

To cover costs associated with maintaining employee availability and resources, we've established the following cancellation fees:

- Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- Appointments canceled within 4 hours or no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

For those redeeming gift vouchers, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the voucher's value.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating appointment changes. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes. No fee will be charged if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

In case of a personal or medical emergency, please contact us promptly to discuss the best way to proceed. Depending on the nature of the emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.

Late Appointment Policy:

We recognise that delays happen, allowing a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you anticipate lateness, please inform us so we can adjust our schedule. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in service accommodation challenges, with the same cancellation fee policy applying. Repeated tardiness may incur a 50% service amount charge, requiring a rebooking.

Complimentary Consultation and Quoting Service:

We are delighted to provide a complimentary consultation and quoting service. Please note that listed prices on our website are for guidance and may vary. Additional charges may apply for longer or thicker hair, ensuring we allocate the necessary time for top-notch service.

Hair Styling Policy

At GAO-MI, we want you to leave feeling fabulous! That's why it's our policy to ensure that every client walks out the door with their hair looking its best - blow dry or styled.

We understand that everyone has their preferences. If you prefer to skip the hair blow-drying, no worries! Your choice won't affect the price of your service. We're here to make you feel comfortable and happy with your experience.
